Soel Yachts is a Dutch builder of solar-electric catamarans, established in 2014 and drawing on solar-propulsion work dating back to 2007. It develops its boats and electric systems in-house and favours lightweight construction, with a range spanning the SoelCat 12 and passenger-carrying Shuttle 14 up to the larger Senses 62 and 82. Several of its vessels are configured for commercial ferry and water-taxi service as well as private ownership, and its models have received multiple Gustave Trouve Awards.
